Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuizAgent for Microsoft 365 Copilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuizAgent regarding your use of the Service. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this Service.

2. Description of Service

QuizAgent is a quiz generation service that integrates with Microsoft 365 Copilot. The Service allows users to create quizzes based on content from their Microsoft 365 environment, including documents, emails, meeting transcripts, and web links.

The Service references your existing content within your Microsoft 365 environment and utilizes Microsoft Copilot to process the content and generate quizzes. QuizAgent does not store copies of your documents, emails, or meeting transcripts.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use QuizAgent, you must have a valid Microsoft 365 account with Copilot access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the Service for generating quizzes on inappropriate content, including but not limited to politics, pornography, violence, hate speech, or other sensitive content
• Not attempt to circumvent any content filtering mechanisms implemented by the Service
• Not use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

4. Intellectual Property

QuizAgent and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuizAgent and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You retain all rights to your content that you reference through the Service. By using the Service, you grant QuizAgent a limited license to access and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The quizzes generated by the Service are for your personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute, sell, or otherwise commercialize the quizzes generated by the Service without explicit permission.

5. Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. QuizAgent makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or performance of the Service.

In no event shall QuizAgent be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

QuizAgent does not guarantee that the quizzes generated will be completely accurate or free from errors. The quality of quizzes depends on the quality and clarity of the referenced content.

6. Termination

QuizAgent reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or uninstall QuizAgent from your Microsoft 365 Copilot.

7. Changes to Terms

QuizAgent reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
